Apparel Manufacturing Services
Jingzhou Yongbai Apparel Co., Ltd. runs a compact, senior workshop built for buyers who need dependable construction rather than the lowest possible price. This page explains the six service lines we offer, how they fit together, and what a buyer can expect at each stage of an order. Read it alongside the process overview below, then send your specification for a written quotation. Every quote is prepared by a named merchandiser who stays with your file from sampling to dispatch.
Casualwear Production
T-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, joggers, and casual trousers form the backbone of our production calendar. We run dedicated lines for jersey knits and for heavier fleece, so a 180 gram tee and a 400 gram hoodie are never rushed through the same setup. Orders from 300 pieces per style are accepted, and repeat programs receive reserved capacity in the cutting schedule.
Construction details that casual buyers care about are standard for us: taped necks that survive industrial laundering, twin needle hems with consistent stitch length, and drawcords secured so they cannot be pulled out by a curious child. Wash tests are run on every new fabric before bulk, and the results are shared with the buyer in a short written report.
Knitwear and Sweaters
Our sweater division works with gauge 7 to gauge 14 flat knitters and a full linking line for collars, cuffs, and plackets. We handle cotton, acrylic blends, wool blends, and recycled yarns, and we wind every cone in house so tension stays even across the batch. Complex intarsia panels, cable structures, and jacquard logos are all part of the weekly workload.
Sampling for knitwear includes a wash relaxation cycle, because a panel that measures perfectly off the machine can shift two percent after steaming. We quote the final post-wash measurements in our size charts, which prevents the classic dispute between a factory chart and a received carton.
Uniform and Workwear Programs
Uniforms demand a different discipline from fashion: identical sizing across thousands of units, reinforced stress points, and fabrics that pass the safety standards of the destination market. We produce corporate shirts, hospitality wear, school uniforms, and industrial workwear with reflective tape and multi pocket construction for site crews.
For program buyers we keep a size curve archive and a fabric lot record for every delivery, so a reorder placed eighteen months later matches the original batch in shade and fit. Invoice level traceability means a franchise chain can audit exactly which workshop line produced each carton it received.
Fabric Sourcing and Development
Buying cloth well is half of garment making. Our sourcing desk works directly with 25 mills across knitting, weaving, and finishing, and we hold strike off and lab dip lead times in writing. When a buyer needs a hand feel that does not exist on a shelf, we develop it: adjust the yarn count, change the knit structure, or specify a softer enzyme wash.
Every sourced fabric is tested for shrinkage, pilling, colorfastness to washing and rubbing, and composition accuracy before it enters the costing sheet. We refuse to quote on untested cloth, because a cheap fabric that twists in the wash costs the buyer far more than the saving.
Pattern Making and Sampling
Patterns are made digitally and plotted at full scale, then corrected on a live fitting model rather than on a dress form. Our sampling room produces protos, fit samples, pre production samples, and shipment samples, and each stage is photographed so overseas buyers can approve without travel. Two revision rounds are included, and the approved seal sample becomes the binding quality reference.
Grading is checked against the size chart in both girth and length measurements, and we flag any size where a grading rule would distort the silhouette. This stage looks slow from the outside, but it is the cheapest place in the whole chain to prevent an expensive error later.
Wholesale and Private Label
For brands building a label, we act as the manufacturing backbone: blank programs, custom trims, woven labels, heat transfer branding, hangtags, and retail ready polybags with barcode stickers. We can start from our stock blanks for speed, or develop fully custom blocks for exclusivity.
Buyers receive a trim card for approval before bulk trims are ordered, and every packing carton follows the barcode and carton mark specification supplied by the client warehouse. The goal is simple: goods that arrive shelf ready, with no relabelling labor at destination.
From Tech Pack to Carton in Four Gates
Whichever service line you choose, your order passes through the same four gates. Each gate has a named owner, a checklist, and a photograph record that is shared with you. Nothing advances until the previous gate is signed, so problems surface early while they are still cheap to fix.
Fabric and Trim Lock
Cloth, trims, and labels are booked against the order number and photographed on arrival. Nothing is substituted without written approval, which keeps bulk production identical to the approved sample.
Pattern and Pilot Run
A pilot run of twenty pieces walks the full line before bulk begins. Measurements, seam allowances, and machine settings are recorded and then frozen for the production team.
Bulk and Inline QC
Bulk sewing runs with hourly output logging and inline checks every twenty pieces. Supervisors correct any drift within the same shift rather than waiting for final inspection.
Final Audit and Dispatch
AQL final inspection under calibrated lighting, needle detection where required, steaming, tagging, and carton packing to the barcode standard, followed by freight booking and document dispatch.
