Every order moves across our own cutting tables and through the hands of pattern makers, machinists, and quality inspectors who treat stitch density the way engineers treat tolerances. The name Yongbai comes from the idea of a hundred threads woven as one, and it guides how we work: many hands, one standard, and no shortcuts between loom and label. Buyers who visit us find a working factory rather than a showroom: fabric rolls stacked by lot, patterns hanging in order, and sewing lines running to the rhythm of the production board. That transparency is deliberate, because trust grows fastest where the work can be seen.
Four Stages, One Continuous Stitch Line
Our production flow is deliberately linear so nothing is lost between departments. A single order sheet travels with the cloth from the first fabric roll to the packed carton, and each stage signs off before the next begins. Buyers receive photographs at every gate, which means you can approve progress without flying to the factory floor. Each stage owner is named on the order sheet, so you always know who is accountable for the work in front of you. Below is the path every garment takes through our workshop.
Fabric Sourcing
We begin at the source. Our purchasing team works with 25 partner mills to match weight, hand feel, shrinkage, and colorfastness to your specification, then orders mill lab dips before any bulk cloth is booked. Every roll is inspected on arrival for weaving faults and shade drift, and rejected rolls are returned the same week. Because we buy direct, we can hold your fabric price stable across repeat seasons instead of repricing every order. Swatch cards are archived in our library, so a reorder placed three seasons later still matches the original hand feel. Minimums for sourced fabrics are planned against your forecast, so you are never forced into a warehouse of leftover cloth.
Pattern and Sample
Your tech pack becomes a first pattern in our sampling room, drafted by pattern makers with an average of eleven years on the table. We cut the proto in your chosen cloth, fit it on a live model, and photograph every seam so you can comment with precision. Two revision rounds are included in the sampling fee, and the sealed sample becomes the binding reference for bulk production. Graded size sets are produced before bulk approval, so the fit holds from the smallest to the largest size in your range. Every comment from your team is logged in the sample file, so nothing agreed in conversation is lost before bulk.
Production Run
Bulk cutting uses automated spreaders and straight-knife tables to keep ply alignment within two millimeters. Sewing lines are organized by garment family, so a knitwear line never shares a morning with a workwear line, and each operator stays within one construction discipline. In-line checks run at the twentieth piece of every batch, not at the end when errors are expensive to unwind. Line supervisors log hourly output on whiteboards, which keeps bottlenecks visible and fixable within the same shift. We photograph the first twenty pieces of every line each morning and send the set to you the same day.
Quality and Dispatch
Finished garments pass a four-point final inspection under calibrated lighting, then a needle-detection sweep for styles with metal hardware. Pieces are steamed, tagged, polybagged, and packed into cartons labelled to your warehouse barcode standard. We book the freight, issue the packing list, and send you the tracking file before the truck leaves the yard. For repeat clients, dispatch documents are filed against the order number, so the paperwork trail of any past shipment can be reproduced on request. A final carton photo record is archived for two years, so any warehouse question about packing can be answered with evidence.
The Workshop in Numbers
A garment is a promise stitched in cloth. When a buyer approves our sample, they are trusting that ten thousand units later the collar will still roll the same way and the dye will still match the swatch. That trust is the only marketing our workshop has ever needed, so we protect it one seam at a time, publish our inspection pass rate on every invoice, and never let a rushed order skip a quality gate.
