Frequently Asked Questions
Standard orders start at 300 pieces per style per colorway for cut and sew garments, and at 100 pieces for knitwear. Smaller pilot runs are possible for repeat clients or for programs that are expected to scale within two seasons.
A proto sample takes 7 to 12 working days after we receive a complete tech pack. Fit and pre production samples follow in a similar window once your comments are confirmed. Courier shipping adds 3 to 7 days depending on the destination.
Yes. We ship worldwide by sea, air, and rail freight, and we prepare the full document set including packing list, commercial invoice, and certificate of origin where required. Freight can be arranged on your account or on ours.
